WHAT ARE THE PRODUCTS MADE OF? ARE THEY SAFE?

Yes! All of our candles are made with clean-burning soy and coconut apricot wax, premium fragrance oils free from phthalates and parabens, and either cotton or wood wicks depending on the collection. Our candles are hand-poured in small batches with safety and quality in mind.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Most orders ship within 3–5 business days. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your order is on the way.

WHAT DO I DO IF I NEVER RECEIVE MY ORDER?

If your tracking shows no updates or your package appears lost, please contact us at help@gracefulglowcandleco.com within 10 days of the expected delivery date. We’ll do our best to resolve it quickly.

DO YOU OFFER GIFT OPTIONS OR NOTES?

Yes! If you’re sending a candle as a gift, just leave your message at checkout and we’ll include a printed gift note with your order. Gift orders never include pricing—just a warm, polished touch to make their unboxing extra special.

WHAT IS THE RETURN POLICY?

Due to the handcrafted nature of our products, all sales are final. However, if there’s an issue with your order, please email us within 3 days of delivery—we want you to love your glow!

WHAT IF MY ORDER ARRIVES DAMAGED?

Please email us within 3 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the damaged item(s). We’ll happily replace or refund any products that arrive broken or unusable.
