Refund policy

At Graceful Glow Candle Co., all of our candles are carefully handcrafted in small batches. Because of the artisanal nature of our products, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns or exchanges unless your item arrives damaged or incorrect. If your order arrives damaged, please email us at help@gracefulglowcandleco.com within 3 days of delivery. Include:

  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the damaged item(s) and packaging

If approved, we will send a replacement or issue a refund at our discretion.

Please note: We cannot offer refunds for scent preference or used candles. We appreciate your understanding and support of handmade goods.
